77bt Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "77bt" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at 77bt.io, including all associated web pages, mobile interfaces, and APIs.
• "Account" means a registered user account held in a single natural person's name, used to access 77bt services.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, all of which are incorporated by reference.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in your 77bt account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits awarded to your account under a promotional offer, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Services" means all betting, casino, gaming, and ancillary services made available through the Platform.
• "User", "you", or "your" means any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game entry placed using real-money Balance or Bonus Funds on any product offered by 77bt.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain a 77bt account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77bt enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in line with responsible gaming best practice for the Bangladesh market. Providing false date-of-birth information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is prohibited.
• You may hold only one (1) registered account on 77bt. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through another person — is a serious violation and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number or email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on 77bt or any affiliate platform.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate, and that you meet the eligibility criteria stated above. 77bt reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances.

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your 77bt account and update it if you have reason to believe it has been compromised.
• 77bt will never contact you by SMS, email, or live chat to ask for your password, PIN, or full payment credentials. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
• All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — is your legal and financial responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised the activity.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 77bt immediately at [email protected]. 77bt will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings is strongly recommended. 77bt is not liable for losses arising from failure to enable available security features.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

All transactions on 77bt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 77bt accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods only:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳300; funds typically credited within 60 seconds of payment confirmation.
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳300; funds typically credited within 2 minutes.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — minimum deposit ৳500.
• Approved bank transfer (selected partner banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank) — minimum deposit ৳1,000; processing time up to 4 hours on business days.

77bt does not accept deposits made via international debit or credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed above. Attempting to deposit via an unsupported method will result in the transaction being declined or returned, less any applicable third-party fees.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or accepting funds deposited by a third party into your 77bt account, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant financial authorities.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the cashier panel in your 77bt account, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (identity documents reviewed and approved) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. 77bt does not send withdrawal funds to third-party accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes during operating hours (06:00–24:00 BST). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• Real-money Balance (funds deposited and not subject to active bonus wagering requirements) may be withdrawn at any time. Bonus Funds and winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• 77bt reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000, which may extend processing times by up to 48 hours.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

77bt offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and reload bonuses to eligible registered users from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion page states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must wager using Bonus Funds before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible account, per promotion period, unless the promotion expressly permits repeat claims.
• Bonus Funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the account without notice.
• 77bt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that existing bonus balances in active use are honoured under the terms in effect at the time of the claim.
• Bonuses obtained through the creation of multiple accounts, use of third-party payment accounts, or any other form of abuse will be voided and the associated account suspended. All decisions regarding bonus abuse are final.
• Free bets awarded as part of a promotion are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be used on the specific markets or game types stated in the promotion terms.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 77bt, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sporting markets:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds and lines displayed at the time of placement. 77bt reserves the right to refuse any bet at its absolute discretion, including during periods of high traffic or live-betting market suspension.
• Bets are binding once confirmed in your account bet history. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted, unless the market explicitly offers a cash-out option and you exercise that option before the relevant event concludes.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, 77bt will settle bets in accordance with the rules published for that specific sport. For cricket, if fewer than the minimum number of overs specified in the market rules are bowled, affected bets will typically be voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play bets are accepted during active play. 77bt is not responsible for telecommunications delays, network interruptions, or device failures that may affect the timing of an in-play bet submission relative to real-world match events.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) — including but not limited to odds that are clearly incorrect due to a data feed fault — may be corrected or bets voided by 77bt at its discretion. Bets accepted at palpably incorrect odds will not be honoured.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market apply and are displayed in the relevant bet slip at the time of placement.

8. Casino & Slots Rules

All casino games, live dealer tables, and slot titles available on 77bt are provided by certified third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following rules apply to all casino activity:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently tested for fairness. 77bt does not control or influence individual game outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a round, the affected round may be voided. 77bt will refund the stake for voided rounds where technically recoverable. 77bt is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a user's device or network failure during a game round.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per round are set by the individual game provider and displayed within the game interface before play commences.
• Live dealer game results are final once confirmed by the live dealer and displayed on the game screen. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the session in question.
• Certain casino games may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution. The contribution rate of each game type toward wagering requirements is specified in the relevant promotion terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77bt platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending and settled bets, and forfeiture of the entire account balance:

• Creating or operating more than one 77bt account, whether under your own name or using another person's details.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain. Any such winnings are deemed void.
• Colluding with other users in card games, sports betting pools, or any other format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or any form of financial crime. 77bt complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or disputed transactions with payment providers after funds have been credited to your 77bt Balance and wagered.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to guarantee risk-free profit by exploiting promotional offer structures.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal recreational betting and gaming activity.

10. Intellectual Property

All content published on 77bt — including but not limited to the 77bt brand name, logo, graphical design, website text, odds data, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 77bt or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, republish, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from the 77bt Platform without prior written consent. Systematic extraction of odds data, game data, or user data by automated means is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of both these Terms and applicable intellectual property law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77bt's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77bt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 77bt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

77bt does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful code at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party network disruptions may affect Platform availability without notice. 77bt will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

12. Responsible Gaming

77bt is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling among all users. Gambling should be an enjoyable recreational activity. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, work, or mental health, you should stop and seek help immediately.

• You may set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit via the Responsible Gaming panel in your account settings at any time. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• You may request a time-out (temporary suspension) of your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• You may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once self-excluded, your account cannot be reopened and any active promotional offers will be cancelled.
• 77bt reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming restrictions on any account where patterns of play suggest problem gambling behaviour, with or without the explicit request of the account holder.

13. Amendments & Termination

77bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or via a notice displayed on the Platform no fewer than 7 days before the change takes effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of your remaining Balance by contacting [email protected].

77bt may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms. Upon termination for breach, any Balance comprising Bonus Funds or winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any outstanding investigations are concluded.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law and the terms of 77bt's operating framework. 77bt makes no representations that the Services are appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact 77bt customer support at [email protected] with a clear written description of the issue. 77bt will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal customer support, 77bt will engage in good-faith mediation to reach a fair resolution. All disputes will be resolved exclusively by reference to the provisions of these Terms. By using the Platform, you agree that the Terms represent the full agreement between you and 77bt and supersede any prior representations, whether written or oral.
